David T. Millers, Ph.D.
David Millers is a California
attorney having a broad understanding of technology and over fifteen years
experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications. The technologies covered in patents that Dr.
Millers has obtained for his clients range from simple mechanical devices to
quantum computing systems. Some
representative technology areas that he has worked with include integrated
circuit manufacturing techniques and equipment, integrated circuit packaging,
memory (DRAM, SRAM, EEPROM, Flash, FERAM)
architectures, microprocessor and DSP architectures, imaging systems, scanning
systems, optical and electrical communications equipment, measurement devices,
video and audio encoding/decoding/processing, and internet business methods.
Before beginning his legal career, Dr. Millers conducted research in
theoretical particle physics and taught physics at California
State University
at Long Beach and the University
of California at Davis.
Dr. Millers is now an attorney admitted in the state of California and is
